Choosing the right wedding photographer is a big part of your wedding planning. VS3 Studios understands choosing the right wedding photographer is key. We make it fun and enjoyable and offer a variety of packages to best fit your needs.

When searching for wedding photographers make sure they fit the style of photographs you are looking for. Every photographer has different equipment and unique style so it’s important you find one you are comfortable working with. Read reviews and set up interviews of your top choices. It’s important your personalities mesh and too ask questions. VS3 Studios offers the rights to all your images and provides them to you on a DVD/Flash Drive.

The process will start with the Initial Consultation Meeting where we will review examples of our work, discuss our different package options, review a wedding album, and start understanding what is most important to you both in your engagement and wedding photographs as well as your photographer.

Once you have picked VS3 Studios to be your wedding photographer we will finalize the details in a contract and will require an initial deposit. From there we will book your engagement pictures and discuss ideas and location.

Sometime after the engagement pictures are completed and 2 weeks before the wedding we will typically have a few phone calls just to touch base and have a pre-wedding meeting to discuss the final details. At this meeting (or by e-mail) we hope to finalize a list of must have images.

After the wedding is complete we will put up a “sneak peek” on Facebook and Twitter typically within the first week. After all the images are edited we will deliver them to you and if an album or other product(s) are apart of your package you will begin the ordering process.
